In behalf of my family, we want to speak BLESSINGS to the wonderful people of ANIMA CHRISTI, especially to Ms. Leni Ochoa. Our son Javi found a NEW home with Anima and we truly believe that God led us to this pleace of "healing" where God sees us WHO WE REALLY ARE, LOVES US JUST AS WE ARE. We have seen the development of Javi & we know he will continue to be the BEST person he can be. THANK YOU to all of you in Anima Christi - To Mr.& Mrs. Ochoa, Bibeth, Elida, Teacher Bervie, ALL OF YOU, the students, kuya jumar & ate jane. We love you all!!! GOd Bless you!!!
Javi is a few days old here. He still had an oxygen mask in front of him but he could breathe better during that time. Would you believe he took off the respirator tube attached to his mouth? The NICU pedia said, as I recall, maybe he is telling us that HE CAN BREATHE already so he does'nt need the respirator anymore.
Six teams(Brazil,Netherlands,Spain,Chile,Italy,South Africa), one prize, the coveted Futbol Funatics World Cup Tourney 2010. Javier was part of team Italy. Five games for each team in the elimination round to get a chance to play for the 3rd place bronze and the finals for gold: 3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw, and nil(0) for a lost game. Javier played either goalkeeper or second striker during eliminations. After a close and gruelling eliminations team Italy qualified for the Bronze final game... The third place match was more exciting though. Italy vs South Africa. South Africa scored first with a superb counter attack. Young South Africa's striker slipped past Italy's keeper,1-nil advantage South Africa. Italy had chances but could not break South Africa's defence thanks to the energetic and talented goal keeper of theirs. To Javier's frustration, playing as a second striker, he was substituted during the last 3 minutes of the game by a bigger defensive midfielder. A great tactical move by coach Eric, with two minutes remaining a defensive masterstroke by Italy's defenders resulted in a one, two play by team Italy, the ball at the back of the net beating the best keeper of the tourney!!! 1-1 with a minute remaining. The game ended at one goal a piece and will be decided by penalty kicks. Javier was chosen to be the goalkeeper for team Italy. Coach Eric had great faith in him.(The parents are the ones pressured and hearts pumping!!!) First team to lead by two goals win. South Africa's best striker set to take the penalty kick, and Javier ready to prevent the first goal.....a superb stop by Javier as he uses his two legs to stop the first penalty! Italy's striker lining the ball to take the spot kick... Goal!!! Advantage Italy 0-1! Javier ready to stop the second spot kick of South Africa's second striker (Javier was smiling and relaxed while the parents are in agony!)....a great block with his left foot!!!!(Parents in ecstasy!) Italy's second striker ready for the spot kick and the win to lead by two goals... Top right corner goal and Italy wins the bronze!!! The team hailed Javier's aka little Gianliugi Buffon's defensive efforts!! Italy takes home the bronze medal! What a superb match as the players congratulate and shake hands with each other. Sportsmanship and fair play make them all winners!

Anima, is the answer of my prayers....I agree with you (or shall I say your philosophy) that the Center is dedicated to God... because thru His Goodness & Love He heals the wounded and broken creatures as an intrument to HIS healing power....what we have experienced with Michael, is the Magic of Anima to him....During his high school days, he never experienced to commute, because of my fear that he might not able to make it, but i listen to Mrs. Ochoa's word, "put your trust to God, and He will lead the way." YES, in deed it's true... God is so good, right now he goes to Informatics commuting alone...More power Anima, "Christ centered school".... miss you all..
